Sweet Gemma was rescued from rural shelter in GA. She had major burns on her back, she was heartworm positive, and just a wild girl. The Rescue took her in immediately. We were able to heal her back and grow her beautiful fur back. She underwent HW Treatment sponsored by the Rescue and found wonderful loving home. She has transformed and this photo has gotten her lots attention. She is very healthy and happy in her new home. What more? She is finally Heartworm Negative! It was my honor to foster her and record her journey day-by-day...
