Do you have a "Fabulous Feline" you want to share with the world? Well, you've come to the right place! Over the next two weeks, HSCC will be accepting your very best cat photos and asking the community to vote for their favorite. The feline with the most votes will earn the coveted People's Choice
award and have their photo prominently displayed in Seven Days! Our panel of esteemed cat-loving Judges will crown the Judges' Pick
whose photo will also be showcased in the magazine.
Each entry and vote supports the Humane Society of Chittenden County and strengthens our ability to provide vital services to our community, including animal sheltering and adoptions for more than 1,000 animals each year, assisting with investigations of animal cruelty and neglect, proving humane education programs for youth and adults, surrender prevention programs, and so much more!Eligibility:
This contest is open to residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. Employees of the Humane Society of Chittenden County are not eligible. How to Enter:
All eligible entrants can enter for a chance to win by submitting a $30 donation to HSCC and photo of their feline on the submission page. Entries will be accepted between 8:00 am EST April 6, 2020 and 11:59 pm EST April 20, 2019. All entries become the property of the Humane Society of Chittenden County. We will not offer entry fee refunds. How to Vote:
$1 = 1 Vote! You may vote as often as you like. Example: Give $20 for 20 votes, $25 for 25 votes and $100 for 100 votes! The photo with the most votes wins the People's Choice category!
Prizes:Exclusive photo of your fab feline in the April 29th issue of Seven Days!
Two (2) winners will be selected. A panel of judges from the Humane Society of Chittenden County and Seven Days will select a "Judges' Pick" winner. In addition, the entrant that receives the most votes through our Fabulous Feline Foto Contest online will be named a "People's Choice" winner. The winners will be notified by email or telephone. If a winner is unreachable after five (5) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected.
