Hank was a foster fail. I went to the humane society to foster for the first time and when i got there, i met Acorn. He was cold and scared. Urinating all over himself. It took him 10 minutes to even approach us. The first week in our house, he started to mellow out and fit in with us and our other dogs. The Saturday we were supposed to return him, i just couldn’t. It took a lot of patience, but over the months he’s gotten so comfortable and letting go of his old anxieties and. Now he’s my best friend and I am so thankful.
