How has your dog impacted your life or the lives of others?
She has been with me as a Medical Foster for 1 month, and I am adopting her. This pic was taken after her first “brekkie” here…she loves her food! She almost had to have her foreleg amputated twice( 1 for the horrible fracture, and 2 for the staph infection), She is the most resilient sweetie ever. I lost another dog shorty before I became her Foster. Her bit of Crazy Husky, and Sweet Girl combined is keeping me busy, and making me fall in love with her! Also.. Kudos to PACC..one of the docs there found a colleague to put in an IM pin for free to save her leg…..then when she got the infection, they gave her mega doses of antibiotics to again save her leg. She is now doing well. Albeit a slow recovery, and bone healing. The hardest part is “keeping her down” so she can heal!! Love her so much already!
