Your Real House Pet's Quirks
Ace LOVES to swim! When not eating, sleeping or chasing squirrels & rabbits, he is swimming in our ponds, or in the water when we are out on the boat. He is a gentle dog who loves kids and others dogs and who has a BIG personality and a LOT of energy! If Ace can't run and play for the majority of the day, who knows what kind of mischief he will get into. His nickname is Dennis the Menace and we tried to keep him very occupied!!

Your Real House Pet's Bio/Story
Ace is a 2 year old Blue Heeler/ Beagle mix that we rescued at 4 days old. We fed him with an eye dropper collestrum and goat milk until he was three months old! Because he was a "Bottle Baby", he is very gentle and loving, but Ace is a firecracker and a half! He is HIGH energy, and this statement deserves ten exclamation points!! ... luckily we have a farm and Ace is able to chase birds, rabbits, squirrels and field mice all day long. Ace LOVES to swim and can be found in the pond summer, spring, winter and fall. He has to be reminded every now and then NOT to chase the horses and donkeys, but they give him a better reminder than we ever could! He has only been kicked once, but one of them swishing their tail is enough of a refresher. Ace LOVES people, children, our other dogs and being taken to parties and social events. When we are at a crawfish boil he can be found chasing a crawfish for hours - never actually biting or hurting them - but playing and having a fun time like he loves to do!
