Pet’s Quirks
Elu loves ice cubes and ripping apart tissue boxes. She also loves salad, but only if it has ranch dressing. As a mostly German Shepherd dog, she can understand whole stories and paragraphs. She is scary smart.

Pet’s Story
Elu was adopted by me while I was working as an adoption counselor in 2022 (which I still work as today). A couple weeks after our wonderful vets performed a spay and a leg amputation, she came home with me on March 9th, 2022. When Elu came home, many of our staff thought she would be a more challenging case. She was dog reactive, incredibly anxious and a strong puller. After about several months, Elu transformed into a very sweet, somewhat shy and loving companion. She loves to go on car rides and adventures. She is still selective about dogs, but she has a special friend who is a Silky terrier. She is my family's favorite!
