Rules

Entry fee is $10 per photo. Participants can enter as many photos as they want but each photo has a separate entry fee.
Photos are to be of pets only, people are not allowed in the photo. All animals must be depicted in a humane and dignified manner.
Your photo may contain more than one pet. HSP will allow multiple pets (with multiple owners if needed) in each submission. Multiple animal submissions do qualify for the monthly or square photo packages, but please be advised that the more animals in the photo, the harder a professional photo can be to take.
Once entered, the photos become the property of the Humane Society of Pinellas (HSP) to be used at HSP's discretion.
Entry period is August 5, 2020 12:00 AM EST through September 30, 2020 9:00 PM EST.
Voting period is August 5, 2020 12:00 AM EST through September 30, 2020 9:00 PM EST.
Each vote is $1. There is no limit to the number of times a person can vote.
The grand prize winner will be the photo with the most votes at the end of the voting period.
The winners will be notified by October 5, 2020. Arrangements will be made at that time for the winners to collect their prizes.
The 11 top vote getters will be featured in the 2021 calendar. Winners must be able to attend photo shoot with their pet(s) in Fall 2020 at a location specified by the Humane Society of Pinellas. Cat photos will either be at an offsite location or in home. We will arrange for the 11 winners to have professional photos taken after the contest is over. These photos will then be featured in the 2021 calendar.
The second prize (35) winners will have their photo featured in one of the blank date spaces within the calendar.
The Humane Society of Pinellas reserves the right to approve or deny all content for the calendar and remove any pictures for any reason. Should this happen, we will notify you and refund your entry fee if desired.
