Pet's Story
We adopted Birdie (formerly Terra) from the Harrisburg Humane Society in June 2022. Very wisely, she chose my husband John, a reluctant-cat-dad, as her human and the rest was history. This sweet girl went from being picked up on the streets of Mechanicsburg, to being a pampered part of the family where she likes to strike a pose for the camera and demand, "Paint me like one of your French girls...er, I mean, cats!" She's unique in so many ways, not the least of which is being a female ginger!
