Pet's Story
Meet Millie, our sweet 12-week-old rescue pup. She came to us through Homeward Bound Animal Rescue in Mechanicsburg after making a long journey all the way from Alabama. Millie’s start to life wasn’t easy—she arrived without her mama, but she’s proven to be strong, resilient, and full of love.

She’s a Black Labrador Retriever mix, and while we know she’s mostly lab, we think she may have a little hound or something else mixed in, too. Whatever her blend may be, it makes her uniquely perfect.

From the moment she joined our family, Millie has been nothing short of a joy. She’s sweet, incredibly smart, and already showing us what a quick learner she is. More than anything, she’s the perfect addition to our family—meant to be here with us, filling our days with wagging tails, happy snuggles, and a whole lot of love.
