Meet Scupper!

A stray born on the streets of Washington DC, he found his way into a Brandywine Valley SPCA shelter via a good samaritan.

He found his way into my heart at BVSPCA’s annual MEGA adoption event (after being overlooked by hundreds of event attendees.)

He is an adorable reminder that special needs pets can be found in every shelter and always make the best buddies!
