A little about me...
We saw Apollo's photo on petfinder.com and instantly fell in love with that big, beautiful, heartworm positive baby. We filled out the adoption application and were excited to receive a quick response. We set up a time to meet him, not realizing how far Helena was from Memphis. We really wanted to meet him though, so we hit the road for an hour and a half drive. We only spent about 10 minutes with him, but we knew he would be our newest family member. A few days later, we went back to bring him home. Introductions to our other two dogs went smoothly and by that night, he had already selected a favorite couch. He has been with us for a month now and we cannot imagine life without him.
