Piñon is a rescue from a truly heart-breaking situation. She was born on the coldest night of the year in 2023. Her mom and the litter were left outside to fend for themselves and all but two of the puppies perished. Through a caring neighbor, Piñon was rescued from that situation and fostered until we found her. She brings our family so much joy - but especially our other dog who was grieving the passing of his best friend.
