Each of the top 13 winning pets will receive a complimentary professional photo session with Lost Creek Photography, created specifically for inclusion in the 2027 Pet Calendar.

Winner Photo Sessions

All calendar winners must be able to bring their pet to a scheduled, on-location photo session at a very special local venue: Ellie’s Gourmet Barkery in Lakeside, with sessions taking place in late spring or early summer. Session dates and times will be set in advance and are not flexible.

Ellie’s Gourmet Barkery is Montana’s first dog bakery and café, and this unique setting will serve as the backdrop for the 2027 calendar sessions.

If a winning participant is unable to attend the scheduled session dates or travel to the designated location, their winning spot will be forfeited and offered to the next highest vote-getter. No exceptions can be made.

Exclusive Opportunity for Calendar Winners

As a thank-you, winners will also be invited to take advantage of a once-a-year, optional opportunity to upgrade to a private, fully customized photo session at a significantly reduced rate. This offer is available exclusively to calendar winners during the calendar contest and is entirely optional, providing a special chance to enjoy a personalized photography experience for those who are interested.

Weekly Winner Prizes

Each week of the contest, one pet will be selected as a Weekly Winner, based on receiving the highest number of votes during that specific week.

Weekly Winners will receive a prize generously donated by one of our amazing local businesses, whose continued support helps make this fundraiser possible. These prizes celebrate community, creativity, and the incredible local businesses that stand behind this event.

Each pet may win one weekly prize during the contest. If the same pet receives the highest number of votes in more than one week, the next eligible pet with the highest number of votes for that week will be selected as the Weekly Winner.

In the event of a tie for the highest number of weekly votes, a random computerized drawing will determine the winner among the tied entries.

Individual prize restrictions or limitations may apply and are determined by the donating business

Lost Creek Photography is not responsible for business-specific prize restrictions.

• Each entry is a $5 fee.
• This contest is open exclusively to dogs. Entries featuring any other animals, including cats or other pets, will not be considered. (We love all pets, but this contest is just for our canine friends!)
• All breeds are welcome to enter.
• Limit of ONE PET PER PHOTO entry. Photos that do not follow these rules will be removed and will not be eligible to win with no opportunity for a refund.
• People are NOT allowed in photos, only your pet. 
• All photos must be uploaded; we cannot accept printed photos. We cannot accept any copyrighted or professional photos.
• The Submissions Period starts at 8:00 AM (Mountain Time) on Sunday, February 15, 2026 and ends at 9:00 PM (Mountain Time) on Sunday, March 29, 2026.
• Contest entry fees are tax-deductible. The email acknowledgment of your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
• Any photograph that includes content that is deemed inappropriate, indecent, or obscene, as determined by Lost Creek Photography in their sole discretion, will be removed from the contest with no opportunity for a refund.
• Posting more than one photo of your pet does not increase the chances of winning. The winners of the photo contest will be determined by the top 13 entries that receive the most votes. The same pet can only win once. Attempts to win two spots in the calendar by the same pet will not be permitted.
  
  

• Votes are $1 each with a five-vote minimum.
• Each $1 donation counts as one (1) vote.
• All donations from voting are non-refundable. Entries and donations must be made via the online contest page. Contest payments online are through a secure site.
• Contest votes are tax-deductible. The email acknowledgment of your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
• All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulations under the supervision of GoGo Photo Contest, whose decisions are final and binding.
• The Voting Period starts at 8:00 AM (Mountain Time) on Sunday, February 15, 2026 and ends at 9:00 PM (Mountain Time) on Sunday, March 29, 2026.
  
  

• All calendar winners must be able to bring their pet to a scheduled, on-location photo session at a very special local venue: Ellie’s Gourmet Barkery in Lakeside, with sessions taking place in late spring or early summer. If you are unable to commit to a photo session during that time or find yourself unable to travel to the pre-selected location on the pre-selected dates, you forfeit your winning and the next top vote getter will take your pet's spot in the calendar, no exceptions.
• Please note that participation in this contest requires photography of winning pets by Lost Creek Photography for calendar production. While we understand the sensitivity of this situation, in the unfortunate event that a pet featured among the top 13 vote getters passes away before the calendar sessions, the next highest vote getter will take their place.
• All winners will have the opportunity to upgrade the complimentary mini session to a full session and to purchase products following their session if desired.
• The top vote recipient will win the coveted cover photo for the 2027 calendar. The following 12 recipients with the most votes will be eligible to have their pet featured as a pet of the month.
• The photographer, Lost Creek Photography, will choose the best image of the pets to be used in the calendar as well as which month that image will appear.
  
  

• The pet receiving the highest number of new votes on week with promo throughout the six-week contest will win a mini-contest prize from one of the participating businesses.
• Each pet may win a weekly mini-contest prize just once. If the same pet receives the most votes in another week, the prize will be awarded to the next highest-ranking participant.
• In the event of a tie, a random computerized draw will be held between the highest vote getters of the week or promo day to determine that week's or day’s winner.
• In the event that there are no new votes for that week or day, a random computerized draw will be held for all eligible pets.
• Certain individual business restrictions and limitations may apply and may vary by business. Lost Creek Photography is not responsible for these restrictions and eligibility requirements as determined by each business.
  
  

• By submitting a photo entry, you warrant and represent that your entry is your own original work created by you and that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your entry materials. If you submit an entry that is copyrighted by another individual, you are responsible for any legal action the copyright holder takes against you.
• Calendars will be available to the general public starting in September 2026.
• By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Humane Society Pets North West Montana and Lost Creek Photography and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, volunteers, and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claims of any nature arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
• Lost Creek Photography will have the final say in winning entries. Should an entry receive votes that places it among the top 13 entries and the person in charge of that entry corresponds with or speaks to the photographer or Humane Society Pets North West Montana and their respective officers, directors, representatives, volunteers, or agents in a manner which is rude, condescending, or aggressive, the entry’s votes will be overruled and that entry will be withdrawn from the contest, disqualified, and removed with no opportunity for a refund. The next highest vote getter will be chosen by Lost Creek Photography in its place.
