Marlie

A little about me...
Marlie is a Sheltie - a large Sheltie! Unlike most Shelties, Marlie is mostly white - a true angel sent to us after our Sheltie, Indy, was tragically killed in a truck accident.
In his first year with us, he developed a limp; x-rays revealed he had a hip displacement. After consulting with a veterinarian orthopedist, we went to a great dog physical therapist. Marlie underwent PT twice a week for a year, and is now fully healed and back to running and jumping everywhere! Many dog owners don’t realize that there are animal physical therapists, but they work wonders with injured dogs. Marlie loves playing with other dogs- you can tell when he’s happy, because he dances in circles! He’s a true joy and loves all people - but he really loves other dogs.
