A little about me...
Artemis (Artie), a Rat Terrier, was adopted from your Humane Society in January of 2020. She came from a puppy mill and had recently given birth as she was lactating, so upon her surrender, the Society used her to nurse pit bull puppies. She was not socialized, afraid of people, other dogs and inanimate objects. Artie has come a very long way from the terrified 9 lb dog I adopted. She has completed 2 Hillsborough County Hiking Sprees, is affectionate and the best little companion I or anyone can ask for.
