Rules

For this fundraiser, each photo entry costs $20, and each vote costs $1. You can submit multiple photos, but each requires its own entry fee. Although you can enter several photos of your pet, your pet can only win one calendar page.
Winners must attend a weekday photo shoot at AGoldPhoto Pet Photography between August 4th and September 26th. AGoldPhoto is located at 3105 W. Bay to Bay Blvd. Tampa, FL 33629. Winners will also have the opportunity to purchase additional photo items from their session from AGoldPhoto.
There is a limit of 3 pets per entry.
Only photos of pets are allowed; no people can be in the photo. All animals should be shown respectfully and humanely.
We cannot accept any copyrighted or professional photos.
Entry and voting period begins 12:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 and ends at 9:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Thursday, July 31, 2025.
The grand prize will go to the person whose photo gets the most votes by the end of the voting period.
The winners will be notified in early August of 2025. Prizes will be mailed to the address on file or arrangements will be made for pick up.
The second prize (60) winners will have their photo featured in one of the blank date spaces within the calendar.
The third prize (70) winners will have their entrant photo featured on the 2026 calendar collage page at the end of the 2026 Calendar.
The Humane Society of Tampa Bay reserves the right to remove any pictures for any reason. Should this happen, we will notify you and refund your entry fee if desired.
