Your Pet's Story or Bio
In the spring of 2000, Kodi followed a group of students into Gaither High School in Tampa. At the end of the school day I had been unable to find his owner so I took him home to keep him safe. For two weeks my husband and I searched diligently for his owners – he had no microchip, a collar but no tag, no one responded to the newspaper ads, and no one reported him missing to the local veterinarians, so we welcomed him into our family. Kodi is a wonderful family member and we are so lucky to have spent 14 ½ years with him. He loves cats, hangs our the dachshunds, and is friendly with the cockatiels. We treasure each and every day we have with this very special rescue boy.
