Fun fact
Amelia is our only muscovy to fly in the flock. She would often fly to escape the near constant bother of the drakes. Despite making great escapes, she consistently lays large clutches and is a loyal mother to her ducklings.

Favorite toy or food
Her favorite foods are leftover papayas, bananas, pruned basil, fresh weeds and flies . Amelia’s favorite past times are taking a dip in the water trough, preening her feathers and protecting her ducks.
