Please join our TILES FOR TAILS fundraising contest, where your favorite photo of your dog(s) and a $100 donation -- either by you alone or with help of family and friends -- will secure a beautiful, full-color 6" x 6" photo tile that will be featured in our new facility!
Donations are tax deductible by law. Please save your receipts for your tax records. Life is labs Rescue, d/b/a iWag, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
About our project
On November 7th, 2014, we (read about us here) signed a lease for the former Dearborn Animal Hospital in Decatur, GA.
The goal? To bring our amazing rescue dogs into the city where they will get more exposure and where our adopters, volunteers and clients have easier access to our programs.
We will continue to operate our current home-based facility on a lake in the country -- an amazing place for dogs, but just too far from civilization -- in tandem with our new Decatur location. As we bring newly rescued dogs into our program, they will rehab and relax at our country facility, where our staff and volunteers will work with them to prepare them for adoption. Our Decatur location will showcase our most adoptable dogs, while promoting the services we offer to support our rescue mission. We will offer boarding, daycare, training and other services at both locations. We will also host adoption days for other rescues as well as community events and education.
We have a LOT of work to do! And a LOT of money to raise to get it done. All donations generated from this contest will be used for the sole purpose of the renovation of this building to prepare it for occupancy. All photos that meet the donation requirements (minimum of $100 for 6" x 6" photo tile) will be printed on tiles that will be installed in a public area of our new facility.
How to win a tile
1) Enter the contest HERE
2) Upload your favorite dog photo(s) -- enter as many photos as you'd like (one at a time)! All proceeds support renovating our new facility.
2) Enter your personal and your dog's information
3) Purchase votes for $1 each (min $5 purchase) and apply to the photo(s) of your choice.
4) Your photo must earn $100 in donations (100 votes) to earn a 6" x 6" full color photo tile that will be installed at our new facility. You can ask family and friends to donate to your tile by inviting them to your link.
5) Please allow yourself to be included in our email list so that we can send you updates on the progress of our tile installation

1) A 6" x 6" full color tile of the photo they entered as long as it received a $100 minimum total donation.
2) One free day of boarding (non-local donors could donate this to other rescue groups who use our services!) $25+ value
