A little about me...
Dixie was 8 years old when we adopted her from JHS. She had been used for breeding by her previous owners then dropped off at JHS after she was too old to be bred. She had a huge kidney stone and we had to have her left kidney removed. She now gets injections for hip dysplasia and allergies ; all to make her more comfortable. Dixie has since been happy and healthy. She’s almost 12 now and we love her so much. She’s loyal, active and so loving. Her favorite activities are playing ball and golf cart rides She loves chicken jerky (the expensive ones). She gets her favorite steak, filet mignon and occasionally vanilla ice cream which she truly enjoys! We are giving Dixie everything she never had to ensure she gets the wonderful life she deserves! She is a treasure!
