JCAPS is a recently established Animal Protection Society for Jackson County, MN. We have an official 501c3 and are ready to get started acquiring necessary funds needed to establish a permanent location within Jackson County. To do this, we need funding and community support. We are hoping this photo contest will help promote our mission to protect animals throughout the county and share the importance of fur babies in our community.
