Animal’s Story
We adopted Mattie from ARF in the spring of 2019. She is an absolute love. Through our many walks, where she insists on meeting everyone we encounter, we have established many new friendships with both dogs and people. The picture shown won first place in the pets category of of a travel club I belong to. Another picture of Mattie wearing a Santa hat took third place! The first place award stems from one of our many new friends who happens to be the mother of Mike Hess, whose local dog friendly "Mike Hess Brewery" resides in Walnut Creek. A brass ensemble I play in has performed there several times.This was the inspiration for Matties' picture. God bless Joybound, Les and Judy Reams
