Animal’s Story
Pepper has been in our home since March 2023. Before that, she was found as a stray, heavily matted, covered with fleas and foxtails. She has a microchip, but owner didn’t respond to phone calls. Microchip company shared that Pepper was found as a stray two times.,Pepper has a sweet personality and is very easy to train, After we adopted her, we took her to the veterinary and later to animal ophthalmologists, she suffered from hereditary eye problems. After numerous ophthalmology treatments, in May 2025 she had a enucleation surgery to end her pains. Though Pepper has no vision, she adapts quickly and is still a happy little dog. Pepper brings our family lots of joy and laughs.
