Rules

Entries:

Must be 18 years of age to enter
You must be the legal owner of the pet that you submit for the Contest
All pets are welcome in the Contest. However, if you win, your pet must be able to be transported to the location of the session.
Each entry is $5
Limit of 2 pets per photo entry. People are not allowed in photos, only your pet. Photos that do not follow these rules will not be eligible to win with no opportunity for a refund.
Entry photos that include two pets will share a month if they place among the top 13 vote-recipients.
You may enter multiple pets under multiple entries. However, only the winning entry will be featured in the calendar.
All photos must be uploaded to the contest website; we cannot accept printed or emailed photos, and we cannot accept copyrighted or professional photos.
The Submission Period starts at 10 a.m. PST on Thursday, April 18th, and ends at 10 p.m. PST on Tuesday, May 22st. No late entries will be accepted.
Contest entry fees are tax-deductible. The email acknowledgment of your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
Any photograph that includes inappropriate, indecent, or obscene content, as determined by C. Eaton Photography, LLC, K-911 paws Foundation or American Lung Association - Arizona, will be removed from the Contest with no opportunity for a refund.
Posting more than one entry of your pet does not increase the chances of winning. The photo contest winners will be determined by the top 13 entries that receive the most votes. The same pet can only win once. Attempts to win two spots in the calendar by the same pet will not be permitted.

Voting:

Each $1 counts as one (1) vote.
All donations from voting are non-refundable. Entries and donations must be made via the online contest page. Contest payments online are through a secure site.
Contest votes are tax-deductible. The email acknowledgment of your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulations under the supervision of gogophotocontest.com, whose decisions are final and binding.
The Voting Period starts at 10 a.m. PST on Thursday, April 18th, and ends at 10 p.m. PST on Tuesday, May 21st. No late votes will be accepted.
All votes will be applied on PST. Vote sales are on PST. Vote sales start and end at the listed time PST. Donations received before or after the listed time PST will not receive bonus votes.
Bonus votes come from single donations. Multiple donations will not be combined to create bonus votes, and partial donations will not receive partial bonus votes.

Calendar Photo Session:

The top 16 vote-recipients will win a professional on-location photoshoot with C. Eaton Photography, LLC between May 25th and June 10th, 2024 at an Arizona winery in their area of the state
If you cannot commit to a photo session during those times or find yourself unable to travel to the location, you forfeit your winning, and the next top vote-recipient will take your pet's spot in the calendar, no exceptions.
Winners must sign a photography agreement and property/model release before their session. Failure to sign these documents will result in forfeit of the prize, which will be awarded to the next highest voted entry.
This prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.
No shows and cancellations will result in forfeiture of the prize.
The top-vote recipient will win the coveted cover photo for the 2025 calendar.
The following 12 recipients with the most votes will be eligible to have their pet featured as a pet of the month and 1-free calendar. The 12-month winners may choose their month by donating an additional $100 to K-911 and American Lung Association - Arizona after the winners are announced. Month selections will be made on a first-come basis
The photographer, C. Eaton Photography, LLC, will choose the best image of the pets to be used in the calendar and which month that image will appear.
Winners agree to inform the photographer of any behavior concerns that their pet may have that could result in increased risk to the photographer or the public, so that the photographer can make necessary accommodations to ensure their safety and safety of those using the photoshoot locations.
Due to the nature of the Contest and the timeline following the Contest, cancellations due to any cause may be rescheduled at the photographer's discretion according to the photographer's schedule. If the photographer must cancel due to illness, they will either reschedule or provide a fill-in photographer, depending on the timeline.

Weekly Mini-Contests:

The pet receiving the highest number of new votes each week will receive a vote multiplier towards that week's votes.
Weeks are counted as follows
- - Week 1 Apr 18- Apr 24: 1.5x votes
  - Week 2 Apr 25 - May 1 : 2x votes
  - Week 3 May 2 - May 8: 2x votes
  - Week 4 May 9 - May 15: 3x votes
  - Week 5 May 16 - May 22: 4x votes
In the event of a tie, all winners will receive the multiplier.
If there are no new votes for that week, no one will receive multiplier votes

The Fine Print:

By submitting a photo entry, you warrant and represent that your entry is your original work created by you and that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your entry materials. If you submit an entry that is copyrighted by another individual, you are responsible for any legal action the copyright holder takes against you.
You agree that all photos submitted to the Contest may be used by K-911 Paws Foundation, American Lung Assocation - Arizona, or C. Eaton Photography, LLC for marketing or promotional purposes.
Calendars will be available to the general public for pre-sale starting April 18, 2024. The calendar price is $20
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless K-911 Paws Foundation, American Lung Association and all of its affiliates and C. Eaton Photography, LLC, and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, volunteers, and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claims of any nature arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
Sessions will be held on-location throughout Arizona. Pets must be on a leash or other appropriate restraint and under the owner's control at all times. The owners will clean up any pet messes on location immediately. The owners agree to inform the photographer of any potential behavior concerns that their pets may have that could cause additional risk to the photographer or the public during their photoshoot.
Pets must have all vaccinations. Animals too young to be fully vaccinated cannot be photographed for the calendar as all sessions will be held in a public outdoor area where disease mitigation will not be possible.
