Fred was the first bottle baby Jay raised for OC Small Paws. Jay adopted Fred and now the two of them raise rescue kittens together. Fred cuddles, washes, and plays with orphaned kittens so they know the love of an adult cat. When Fred isn't being a nanny to motherless kittens, he rides around on Jay's shoulders and wrestles with the family dog.
