Kismet is ”fate” or “destiny”… you decide.
K9 Kismet is a nonprofit, 501c3 approved, corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes. It is our belief that the first step in keeping animals in their homes, with their families, and out of shelters is to provide the families with a support structure to help with the expenses of keeping a pet. We will provide, through donations and community partners, medical services, food, and housing/relocation assistance to families in need. Our secondary mission is to help animals in high kill shelters by finding them foster and forever homes using a foster-based system. We rely solely on donations, both monetary and in-kind, along with a volunteer organization to fulfill our mission statement. We believe that humans are the stewards of the earth and it is our duty to help the animals in whatever way we can.
We believe in the right for all breeds to be helped. We do not believe in BSL or other forms of discrimination for our pawed friends.
