Pixie was left at the pound with a broken leg and was going to be euthanized, when Doggies 911 saved her and spent $10,000 on her vet bills. After that she became a part of my family. She has helped support me through major medical illness, and thankfully I am much better now. She travels with me wherever I go, and likes going on airplanes, boats, and even kayaks. However, her very favorite thing in the world is chasing balls. I can always count on her joyful exuberance to brighten my day.
