After losing 3 dogs to diseases in 1.5 years we took bonded Hazel and Jackie (mother and daughter) from South LA on their last hours as fosters. They are funny and so loving. Both have special needs. Jackie had to have eye surgery and has major anxiety. Hazel almost died the 1st night. I was laid up for months and these dogs were my comfort. Hazel now has Shar Pei fever and kidney disease (lots of meds) but is oh so happy. They have the best life, go camping , to parks and the river. Loving life. From death row to a life of luxury. And that brings me joy
