We will forever be grateful to KARE for rescuing our dog Theo from a busy highway in SanAntonio over ten years ago. We live in NJ but we took a chance by adopting him without ever meeting him in person and it was the best decision ever. He is so sweet and loving and exactly as the folks at KARE described. Theo inspired us to want to help other dogs in need in Texas and this has become an important mission in our lives. This funny photo is from a recent family vacation. Theo is such an easy going, laid back guy who makes us laugh every day!
