The 2018 KCHA Cutest Cat Photo Contest is open to all cat parents/guardians.
Online entries must be submitted by July 12, 2018 at 11:59 PM EST. Voting will end on July 12, 2018 at 11:59 PM EST.
The contest entry fee is $25.
The minimum donation for submitting a photo to be included in the contest is $5. Votes are $1 with a $5 minimum online donation.
Donations are fully tax deductible as permitted by law. The Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization.
Photos must be submitted online and must be of a single cat per photo. No humans are permitted to be included in the photos submitted. You may submit as many pet photos as you like but they must be separate submissions.
All photos submitted become the property of the Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association and may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. By submitting a photo entry, you warrant and represent that your entry is your own original work created by you and that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your entry materials. KCHA reserves the right to disqualify at any time any photo it determines to be unsuitable. If you submit an entry that is copyrighted by another individual, you are responsible for any legal action the copyright holder takes against you. You agree to indemnify KCHA and hold them harmless from and against any claims of any nature arising in connection with the KCHA Photo Contest. Entrants grant KCHA all rights of ownership, reproduction and royalty-free indiscriminate use of entries and photographs for any purpose. By submitting a photo to the KCHA photo contest, the artist agrees to give and grant to KCHA, its employees, nominees, agents, successors and assigns, unlimited authorization, consent and permission to publish and use, any and all information about the animal and any and all reproductions of animal's likeness (photographic or otherwise), and with or without the use or disclosure of guardian's name.
