My pet is the coolest because...
Bernard is the coolest dog because his favorite activity is riding around in his 1968 Chevelle SS with his head out the window. Once he hears the car start, he will howl until he’s allowed to get in. Bernard loves weekend car shows and cruise-ins. He is spoiled enough to get pushed around in his dog stroller to see all the other cars. He is an alumni of the Humane Society of Boone County.

Bernard has never met a stranger he hasn’t loved. He loves getting all the attention wherever he goes. His tail will continuously wag as he goes up to everyone asking for some love. Walking around Lowe’s with his Dad is a weekly adventure he loves.

Bernard is a toy fanatic. He has a basket of toys he will dig in throughout the day. His favorite toy is a medium sized stuffed dinosaur. Whenever he goes to visit his grandparents we always have to bring 2-3 toys with us.

Bernard is a very gentle, loving, and cuddly old soul. When we rescued him, he was the oldest resident at Humane Society of Boone County. We love spoiling him and making his life the absolute best it can be.
