RCVH Gallery Wall Contest

River City Veterinary Hospital, in partnership with Kristen Murray Photography, is excited to announce our Gallery Wall Contest to raise funds for Friends of Richmond K9!
A nonprofit foundation dedicated to facilitating educational opportunities, raising awareness of police K9 activities and accomplishments, fostering community support of police dogs and K9 officers, and assisting in meeting the needs of retired active-duty police dogs.

How it works

1: Submit
Submit a photo of your pet to our contest.

2: Vote
Vote for your pet. Don't forget to campaign for votes too!

3: Win
The top 6 pets with the most votes will win a professional portrait session and be featured in the gallery wall at River City Vet Hospital.

Prizes

Grand Prize

6 winners will receive a complimentary outdoor portrait session in the Richmond area, along with a featured spot on River City Veterinary Hosptial's gallery wall installation.

Mini-Prizes

The pet who receives the highest number of new votes during the mini-contest will win a prize from one of our local business sponsors.

Rules

Rules for Entries

Each entry is $20 USD.
Limit of one per photo entry. Up to 2 pets are allowed in the photos, no people.
The pet must be a living pet to be eligible for entry and must be your own pet (no fosters, neighbor's, or friend's pets.)
Entry photos that include two pets will share a gallery feature if they place among the top 6 vote-getters.
All photos must be taken by yourself and digitally uploaded to our contest site; printed photos will not be accepted. Copyrighted or professional photos will not be accepted.
The submission and voting period starts at 12:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 PM (Eastern Time) on Monday, July 22, 2024
Contest entry fees are tax-deductible. The email acknowledgment of your online donation will serve as your tax receipt.
Any photograph that is copyrighted, or includes content deemed inappropriate, indecent, or obscene, as determined by Kristen Murray Photography, will be removed from the contest with no opportunity for a refund.
Posting more than one photo of your pet does not increase the chances of winning.
Winners of the photo contest will be determined by the top 6 entries that receive the most votes. Attempts to win two spots in the gallery by the same pet will not be permitted.

Rules for Voting

Each $1 USD counts as one (1) vote.
All donations from voting are non-refundable.
Entries and donations must be made via the online contest page. Contest payments online are through a secure site.
Contest votes are tax-deductible. The email acknowledgment of your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulations under the supervision of the GoGo Photo Contest whose decisions are final and binding.
The voting period starts at 12:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 PM (Eastern Time) on Monday, July 22, 2024

Rules for Winners

Your portrait session includes:

outdoor session for up to two pets
pre-determined dates and locations in the Richmond area
a small digital copy of the portrait that will be featured in the gallery
the opportunity to upgrade to a custom portrait session to include the whole family, more pets, or to customize the August dates and RVA locations

If you do not wish to upgrade to a custom session and are unable to commit to a session during the specified dates/times, or find yourself unable to travel to the Richmond area, you forfeit your winnings and the next top vote-getter will take your pet's spot in the gallery. No exceptions.
The featured portrait in the gallery will be at the sole discretion of Kristen Murray Photography.
Winners will also receive a small digital copy of the featured portrait. No artwork or other digital files are included with the portrait session. Winners will have the opportunity to view and purchase any portraits and artwork from their session, however, no purchase is necessary.
Mini-Contest Prize Winners: In the event of a tie, or if there are no new votes, a random computerized drawing will be held for all eligible pets.
