About Your Pet (Story, Personality, Quirks)
Sammy is a rescue who came to us through Last Chance in March of 2021. Some people think birds are dumb or have no personality. Not so! Sammy is very smart, quick to learn new songs, even melodic lines from a Mozart opera (Queen of the Night)! He loves head rubs, exploring the house and of course, he loves us. He gets so so exited when we come over to interact with him that he gives little licks or nibbles on our noses (pictured). We are so happy that he is in our lives!
