Last Chance at Life Animal Rescue (LCAL) is happy to announce its first photo fundraiser! Proceeds from the photo contest and our calendar will help LCAL continue in our mission to rehabilitate and rehome medical-needs and behavioral-needs dogs in Southern California.

It's easy to join the fun! Submit a great shot of your dog or bird and tell your friends and family to vote for it!

All entrants receive a copy of our 2022 calendar mailed to them this December. Fees to submit your photo and to vote are tax-deductible donations that help support the animals at LCAL.

Our prizes for the top 4 vote-winners include a professional photo shoot for your pet and having your pet featured on the cover or on a full month spread of our 2022 calendar. Plus all photo entries with 5 votes or more will be included on the collage pages in our calendar.

The judges at LCAL will also choose 5–9 submissions for month spreads in our calendar. They will be looking for calendar-ready, high quality, landscape photos... and they have a weakness for dogs in nature!

Please review the Contest Rules carefully for submission guidelines. Those that do not follow these rules will not be eligible to win.

Prizes | Rules

• Honor your pet or celebrate a gotcha-day or birthday by reserving an empty grid space (before or after the numbered squares) for their photo.
• Choose a favorite photo, a month, and pay.
• Each month has a limited number of squares in each grid and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Don't delay!
• Each grid space is just $20.
