About Your Pet (Story, Personality, Quirks)
Liam (Capt. Tom) joined LCAL in the spring of 2020 with a severely fractured right front leg. He required 2 surgeries and months of rehab to regain use of his leg. During that time, he became such a part of his foster family that they adopted him. He is the perfect balance for his shepherd sister, Tegan. She is suspicious of most people, while he LOVES ALL people. She is picky about her dog friends while he thinks every dog should be his best friend, regardless of size or shape. Liam would love to be athletic - fast and agile - like shepherds tend to be…..but he isn’t🙂 He is a bit on the clumsy side, goofy, and good natured at all times. He enjoys swimming, playing in water and collecting sticks, pine cones, and other various objects when out on a walk. Liam is the kind of dog who is guaranteed to put a smile on your face at any time of the day. Want to learn to live in the moment, spend a little time with Liam!!
