For the best chance to win, be sure to spread the word about your dog's entry into the contest. Ask family, friends and coworkers to go online and VOTE, VOTE, VOTE for your photo. You can use the sharing buttons that appear on your dog's photo page to share your photo entry with your Facebook friends. And you can email links to family and friends to encourage voting for your dog's photo. This will help you receive the votes for your photo(s) while helping us raise donations to support Little Paws Dachshund Rescue!

Rules
- Each entry is a $10 tax deductible donation to Little Paws Dachshund Rescue.
- Multiple entries are encouraged!
- We welcome photos of all dogs, regardless of breed - beautiful and regal, silly and goofy, naughty and nice, indoor snuggle bunnies and outdoor adventurers. Show us all of those furbabies!
- Dogs do not need to be rescue alumni to enter.
- Photos must be high resolution. No humans please or they will be returned and donations refunded.
- If your pet wins but it is not high enough quality for print, we will ask you for another photo.
- All submitted photos will be shared on the LPDR Facebook and Instagram!
- All entries must be the original work of the entrant. You must own the copyright to the photograph.
- Any photograph that includes content that is deemed inappropriate, indecent, or obscene, as determined by LPDR in its sole discretion, will be removed from the contest with no opportunity for a refund.
- LPDR reserves the right to modify or clarify any of the contest rules during the term of the contest without advance notice.
- Entries will be taken throughout the contest period.
- Voting is easy and fun! Votes are $1 each. Each dollar donated equals an equivalent number of votes (a $5 donation equals 5 votes, a $10 donation equals 10 votes, etc.).
Little Paws Dachshund Rescue is an east coast based 501(c)3 exempt nonprofit dedicated to the rescue and re-homing of our favorite short legged breed. We specialize in finding permanent homes for dachshunds and dachshund mixes. We strive to make the lives of all dogs better through action, advocacy, awareness and education. It is LPDR’s goal to identify abandoned, mistreated, or homeless dogs and oversee their treatment and wellbeing while working to find loving owners for those in our care.
We believe dogs truly are our best friends and that our beloved companions deserve the right to a soft bed, nutritious food, and unconditional love. We believe every dog deserves basic vet care and someone who offers patience and understanding during this transitional period of the dogs’ lives.
