Chloe was the best dog. A 2x IVDD surgery survivor and the most fetch obsessed being on the planet, Chloe filled our lives with so much love. She started out as a foster and we immediately foster failed. I mean, within minutes. When she wasn't begging us to throw the ball, she was snuggling under blankets.
