Pets in Focus, in partnership with Detroit Dachshund Club and Dachshund Haus Rescue is thrilled to launch the Long Story Short: Dachshund Tails of Courage and Companionship cover contest!

This coffee table book is filled with stories of dachshunds, highlighting their intelligence and fiercely loyal personalities. Now it's time for you to help us decide which dogs will grace the front and back covers!

Proceeds from this contest will go towards printing costs, with 100% of the book sales directly supporting the life-changing work of Dachshund Haus Rescue.

• The dachshund* with the most votes will be featured on the front cover of the book.
• The dachshund* who comes in second place will be featured on the back cover of the book.

*Dachshunds photographed together will be featured together as a pair on the cover. I can't make you choose which one to vote for!!

Even if you couldn't take part in a portrait session, your pet can still be included. Honor your beloved companion in our acknowledgements section with a $100 donation that directly supports Dachshund Haus Rescue. All messages will appear together on a special page in the book (message only, no photo).
