Winnie is the first dog that came into my life after I left my heart chihuahua (Elouise) in 2021. We found each-other through Deeby’s Senior Chihuahua rescue, and this skinny scared girl help patch my heart. I named her Winnifred (a well-traveled older lady) and she claimed Louise in honor of her sister. I bonded so much with the rescues’ owner that I still foster and transport for Deeby’s to this day! Also the founder, Tobi Griffin, is how I came to adopt through LWHA! Winnie LOVES to burrow in freshly dried laundry and inside ALL the sheets!! She always gets treated to dinner in bed, I had to ruin her perfectly burrowed cave! In this picture she shows her goofy side that stole my heart, and always shows appreciation for her queen sized dinner throne. I love you Winnie!!!
