Pet's Story or Bio
This little old man is the true grateful rescue. He was due to be euthanized for being aggressive in the shelter. Poor guy was is with 4 other bigger dogs. They brought him out to the play area and he was snapping and trying to bite. They even had the bite gloves on when they brought him into the meet and greet area. I told them they could go and they backed off. I scooped the poor terrified guy up into my lap. He was doing warning snaps and showing teeth, but I just knew it had to be for show since he was terrified. I called the attendant back and told them I would be right back. I went to the front filled out my forms handed them in and they looked at me incredulously. "Are you sure you want him? He is listed as a biter." Yes I want him. I paid, went back to get him. They handed me the leash and as soon as he was in my vehicle he was standing on the center console giving me kisses all the way home. He was and is my forever sidekick even though I lost him to heart disease.
