A little about me...Rosebud, formerly known as Diamond, was adopted from Lynchburg Humane Society in January of 2022. When I adopted her, she was in rough shape. She had a large chunk of hair missing on her back, she was very skinny, and she was beyond scared and anxious.
Over the past year and 6 months, with lots of patience and training, Rosebud has blossomed into the most amazing dog. She is very loving, and her anxiety has improved immensely. She has become such a huge part of my family and is loved by everyone.
She loves car rides (especially to Chick-Fil-A), she loves long walks around our neighborhood, and she absolutely loves the beach. Rosebud also enjoys running and playing at my parents' (her grandpawrents') house, where she can be off-leash and get the zoomies.
Adopting Rosebud is by far my biggest accomplishment in life. I have loved getting to see her grow and become the dog she is today. Every day is an adventure with her, and I could not imagine my life without her.
Thank you, LHS, for the care you put into Rosebud and all the animals that come into the center.
