George

A little about me...
George was found in downtown Lynchburg near the Water Resources Department, dirty and far too young to be on his own. We decided to bring him home as a companion to us and our aging dog, Red. His name comes from the Looney Tunes skit with the Yeti and Daffy Duck: " I will love him and pet him and call him George".

George's feral nature proved challenging to us and our dog, but we stuck with him. As you can see, he is now a rather spoiled house cat whose feral nature can only appear when George is not napping.

His favorite pastime is being in the garden in his cat tent, chirping back at birds. His misses his dog-buddy Red, who passed last fall.
