Popeye was left at the shelter with ticks, fleas and skinny. He had been sprayed by a skunk. He needed us. I needed him. My only sister passed away the day before we adopted him. He was 1 year old. We've had him for 9 years. One of the smartest, loyal, and loving dogs I've ever had. I will always have pets. They are good for your soul and well being. I also have a cat named Saylor. They are best buds.
