I met Russell (previously Cheese) volunteering at the APA in Brentwood. He was skinny and sad when our walk ended. I knew I was coming back for him. My husband and I returned to bring him home and he has blossomed into an amazing boy. He loves absolutely everyone - it's common to pass people who say "Hi, Russell!" and we don't even know their name. He is curious and adventurous but loves a good couch session and plenty of blankets. We love him so much and love how he can represent other rescues and dogs that look like him.
