Lulu was adopted from Maui Humane Society on December 31, 2015. I had a dream that I was going to adopt a 12 year old, black, female small dog that was blind in one eye. I came into the shelter the following week and there she was...a 12 year old, black, female dog! She wasn't blind but she had a cherry eye that was easily fixed by the great MHS staff! She came home with me on New Year's Eve and it was the best way ever to start the new year...for both of us! Please consider adopting a senior dog...they are so grateful for a second chance and they will pay you back in kisses for the rest of their lives!
