Show off your animal friends! Submit your pet’s photo to the Maui Humane Society 2017 Pet Calendar Photo Contest and get the most votes to win a featured spot in the 2018 MHS Pet Calendar! Each vote is only $1 (required minimum of 5 votes) and 100% of the proceeds will be used to help shelter animals at the Maui Humane Society.

Prizes
The
three photos in each category (Dogs, Cats, Critters, and MHS Alumni) with the most votes will be named
“People’s Choice” winners and each will be featured as a
Pet of the Month in the Maui Humane Society’s 2017-2018 13-month Pet Calendar along with the
“Judge’s Pick”. The
first 80 photos submitted by the deadline and meeting the
photographic requirements will be featured in smaller locations throughout the calendar and will appear in a special slide show at our
2017 Fur Ball. ALL entrants receive
a complimentary calendar (valued at $10) when they become available.
The cover of our 2017-2018 Pet Calendar will be auctioned to the highest bidder at our
2017 Fur Ball, with all proceeds to benefit Maui Humane Society. The winner may use a photo of their choosing, or arrange to have their pet photographed by Michelle Steigmeyer, who shot our stunning 2016-2017 Pet Calendar cover photo.
In 2016 alone, the Maui Humane Society found homes for almost 1,900 animals through adoptions and transferred 573 animals to “adoption guaranteed” rescues and shelters. We also reunited over 993 families with their lost pets. Your support helped us reach these milestones and it is only with you that we can continue providing animals in need with life-changing programs and services.
