Thinking our older Siamese might like a friend, we heard about Seamus from neighbor friends of the foster parents, for Maui Humane Society. We got the heads up when he was returned to the Maui Humane Society after reaching his age and weight. I raced to the Maui Humane Society, and got to hold him ( Ha....he growled the whole time!). But my other half didn't think he wanted another cat, and when we finally made the decision, he was pending an adoption. Long story, but a week later Seamus was still there after his adoption fell through, and we knew it was meant to be when we got the call. I had been carrying the cat carrier all week in my truck waiting for the call. He became ours a year ago, rules the house, torments our other cat, and is the most kolohe cat I have ever had, and also the biggest love bug ever when he wants to put on the charm. We are a rescue all the way family!
