Pe'a (right) is a 10 year old border collie, pointer, heeler mix. She enjoys playing tug and frisbee. Pe'a loves her rescue sister Piper (left) who was scooped up off the streets of Kahului in bad condition. She spent a week at the Humane Society and a week recovering at the vet before coming home to her forever home. Piper is now a registered therapy dog with the Caring K9's of Maui and puts smiles on a lot of people's faces!She is a perfect ambassador for the pit bull breed.
