Your Pet's Story or Bio
We adopted Chip (shelter name Paulie) in February 2020. He was likely abandoned, found stray and malnourished near the airport with ear infections, intestinal worms, and a fresh cut on his ear, giving him his new name. Although a bit shy and skittish in the beginning, his kind and loving demeanor was obvious from the start as he quickly warmed up to his new home. He went from street stray to pampered pooch in no time! Chip is always up for an adventure and his absolute favorite place is the beach, especially when there's a palm frond to play with! He has become known as Mr. Congeniality in our neighborhood and is the best big foster brother when we bring a new dog home from MHS. We are forever grateful to MHS for bringing Chip into our lives!
