Reagan was diagnosed Type 1 Diabetic when she was just 23 months old (March 2017). At that time she was already in therapy for multiple anxiety disorders, food aversion disorder, OCD and dysphagia. Rosie is dual trained as a diabetic alert dog and as an anxiety control dog. If Reagan's OCD or anxieties get out of hand, her blood sugar drops dangerously low. Not only will Rosie alert on that, but Rosie reaches out to her, will lay on her and provide a firm, calming effect to prevent this in the first place. Reagan is a very talented and intelligent, homeschooled, 2nd grader. She is a competitive dancer who takes more than 5 classes of dance a week, in addition to her Dance Company classes and performances. Rosie came to Reagan from Mayakka City, FL March 2021. They are inseparable and they are always together.
